When you contact us

We use the name, email address, business details, and message you submit to discuss your project and reply to your inquiry. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.

How your message is handled

Inquiries are saved in the studio's private intake store and routed to our Google-hosted inbox. Our configured email delivery provider processes the message to deliver it. Delivery may be delayed if the mail service is unavailable.

Security and cookies

The contact form uses a security cookie and checks to reduce automated submissions. These are used to protect the form. This website does not use advertising cookies or sell inquiry details. Server security logs may record request metadata, including IP addresses.

Your choices

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. To ask about the information you sent, request a correction, or request its deletion, email info@vanolee.com. We retain inquiry information while handling the conversation and any resulting work; retention and deletion requests are reviewed by the studio.
